肉碎玉子豆腐 Toufu with Minced Meat
这道菜是个很普通的家常小菜,让一些初学烹饪的朋友们共参考。先从简单的学起,就不会那么容易气馁而放弃。 其实,煮菜并不那么难,只要把步骤先搞好,就很快上手了!

材料 :
玉子豆腐 2 条
肉碎 100g
蒜茸少许
葱花少许
调味 :
黍粉 1 茶匙
盐 1/2茶匙
生抽 1大匙
蚝油 1茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉少许
作法 :
1. 把肉碎用少许黍粉,盐,生抽和胡椒粉腌过。 豆腐切条状或圆状。
2. 热油锅,放入豆腐炸至金黄色,沥干备用。
3. 剩少许油,爆香蒜蓉,炒熟肉碎,加入1 杯水,煮滚。放入生抽,蚝油,糖和胡椒粉调味,把酱汁稍微勾芡至稀稠状。
4. 把炸好的豆腐铺好在碟子里,再把酱汁淋上,撒上葱花即可。
Ingredients :
2 Japanese Toufu
100g Minced meat (pork/chicken)
Garlic, chopped
Spring Onion, diced
Seasoning :
1 tsp. Corn Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp. Sugar
Pepper (appropriate)
Method :
1. Marinate minced meat with corn flour, salt, soya sauce and pepper. Cut toufu in long or round shape.
2. Heat up the oil, fry toufu until golden brown. Dish and drain.
3. Remain some oil, saute garlic and put in minced meat to fry until cooked. Add in seasoning and water to stir-fy with the minced meat. Thicken the gravy and pour on the fried toufu.
