南乳炸鸡翼 Fermented Beancurd Fried Chicken Wing


材料 :
鸡翼 5对(依个人所要的数量而定)
黄瓜 1条,切片

腌料 :
姜汁 1大匙
鸡蛋 1颗
南乳 1块
盐 1/4茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
麻油 1/4茶匙
米酒/绍兴酒 1大匙
水 少许

做法 :
1. 鸡翼洗净,拌匀腌料,放入雪柜下格。半小时后,拿出再搅拌一次,放进雪柜的冷藏格,腌过夜。

2. 拿出待软化后,热油锅,以中火,炸至熟透,捞起配黄瓜上桌。
